… Real Exercise is the real deal!  I had worked out now and then at various gyms, but never stuck with it until working with Glen and Julie.  They really customize each work out to meet my needs and I have been able to maintain my body weight, something that had previously gone up and down and up and up : )  The work outs are private and safe.  I like that the exercises are changed every 8 weeks and Glen makes sure good form is maintained, which helps tremendously in gaining strength without risking injury. … Two years ago I began looking for a personal trainer. I had given birth to my second child nine months prior and was still suffering from the damage of a two hour labor. Every night I suffered leg and back spasms. The doctors were not of much help and insurance wasn’t either. I called Glen and Julie’s private training studio. Their experience and knowledge allowed them to create a routine to improve my injuries. After six months, my spasms had disappeared, and after nine months most of the pain was gone also.
I was hooked on Personal Training. The thirty minute workouts also relieved stress, and I began to feel better both mentally and physically. My energy level began to rise. Now fully recovered, I set some new goals to lose the weight gained during my pregnancy. Glen and Julie’s expertise was invaluable in setting me up with a healthy eating lifestyle. I lost fifteen pounds in four months. This loss of fat revealed the muscle that I had built during my training over the last year. … I started working with Julie and Glen at Real Exercise back in early May 2009 and have been very satisfied with the results. My original goals were to tone up and lose weight. I’ve been on a twice a week program, with Julie since and have made great progress toward those goals while improving my health and quality of life. I’ve lost 35 lbs, improved my muscle mass and strength, my blood pressure is now under control and I no longer need my CPAP. I sleep better and my wife says I no longer snore.
